A 25% non refundable deposit is required from each traveler to secure your booking. Balance is due 60 days prior to trip start date.
Payments can be made either by
Cancellations, less trip deposit are refundable up to 90 days prior to the trip start date unless otherwise specified.
The trip price does not include travel insurance. Trip protection style travel insurance that includes travel medical insurance is required for all trips and certificate of insurance is required when submitting all final forms.
Participant assumes complete and full responsibility for all required travel documents including passport, visas, entry or exit fees, and country entry vaccinations.
Participant is also solely responsible for any adverse consequences resulting from incomplete or defective documentation. Adventure Trek Tours does not cover the cost or assist in obtaining any of the above (unless specifically specified in trip brochure) and reserves the right to collect information on all.
Every Participant is obliged to sign a waiver upon confirmation of travel. It is considered every participant joining the trip has accepted the terms of the Release and Waiver even if participants fails to return a signed copy.
